Real-world feedback and sentiment for Docparser vs Rossum AI

"Docparser saves a lot of time and expense"
What do you like best about Docparser?
Recently, I have been using the online software Docparser to extract the relevant cost data from thousands of invoices. all of it needing to be consolidated into one place and interrogatable. At first, I was a little sceptical, having played with it a few years ago and given it away, but with technological advances, I decided to return and give it another go. Yes there is a learning curve, but it's not too steep or agonising. The team at Docparser have been fantastic in getting me up to speed pretty quickly or answering my "dumb" questions, usually overnight. What has it meant to what I do and for clients in general? Large numbers of PDF documents that previously would have gone offshore to be converted are now done in-house, which means a faster turnaround, better data alignment, less mistakes and an immense saving in time and money. Yes, there is a cost, but generally, there is a plan to suit most needs.

"A company that highly values its useful products, providing fast and competent support / staff."
The best AI solution for invoice data extraction, with the ability to create custom scripts for automation and data manipulation that align with our needs. Additionally, I value prompt and efficient support from competent employees. When a bigger update is released, some errors will appear, mostly they are small errors that do not seriously disturb the work, for example in the GUI, but this happens with all applications and the new version.
