The nature of the Service Data depends entirely on the documents Customers choose to upload and process through our Platform.
How We Use Information
OpticIntellect uses Information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and Services, to provide and support document processing workflows, to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data extraction, to configure and run automations, to provide analytics and reporting, and to deliver customer support and account administration.
OpticIntellect also uses Information to secure the Platform, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity, diagnose technical issues, perform system monitoring, and comply with legal obligations. OpticIntellect may use aggregated or anonymized information for research, benchmarking, performance analysis, and product development, and such information is not intended to identify any individual.
AI Processing and Automated Extraction
